Veeam BackUp O365 data: restore/export question

After Veeam BackUp O365 BackIp "vb365" successfully completed one backup of all data (OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint) for all users on the same O365 Business (formerly "E3") account.

How is the data stored?

For instance... can vb365 backup data (mailboxes) from exchange online be restored to any place other than O365 online?

Using my Movie voice: "In a world where.,." someone no longer has their O365 account, can vb365 backup data be restored/extracted/exported to local files?

Can vb365 local backup data from exchange online such as mailboxes be restored to local PST (of elm/msg) files? Or as local EDB exchange database files? Or restored to an onprem or privately hosted exchange Server (not under Microsoft cloud)?

Can vb365 local BackUp data from SharePoint Online be exported to local files? Or restored to an onprem or privately hosted SharePoint Server (not under Microsoft cloud)?

Can vb365 local backup data from OneDrive business be exported to local files? Or restored to an alternate (non-microsoft) cloud file storage provider?

can vb365 backup from teams be exported to a local file destination? What is supported?

Data can be restored to the initial or different location, it can be saved locally or exported. For example, you can restore or export an entire mailbox or site, or individual mail items or files.
