Veeam Data cloud for MS365 Error
Case # 07583730
Backup jobs have failed 5 times in a row and I don't have many options in the web console. I would delete the job and start over but I don't see that option. What can I do while waiting for support to respond?

Thanks for the update. I did request escalation yesterday and requested a response today but the ticket wasn't updated yet and without backups I'm starting to wonder what to do. Glad to know they are working on it.

Turnaround time should be dependent upon what level you choose on the severity of the issue when submitting the ticket.

Upgrade to the latest 8.1.0.305 https://www.veeam.com/kb4711 resolved same error in our Veeam M365 environment.
