Veeam Data cloud for MS365 Error

Case # 07583730

Backup jobs have failed 5 times in a row and I don't have many options in the web console. I would delete the job and start over but I don't see that option. What can I do while waiting for support to respond?

Unable to cancel retention session for the repository (repository ID: asdf, session ID: asdf).

I saw this pass today so support engineers (Devops) is working on it

Please escalate if they don't come back to you quickly

Thanks for the update. I did request escalation yesterday and requested a response today but the ticket wasn't updated yet and without backups I'm starting to wonder what to do. Glad to know they are working on it.

Hello,

Still no response from support and the backups still fail. What is the normal support turn around time? Should I seek a refund?

Turnaround time should be dependent upon what level you choose on the severity of the issue when submitting the ticket.

Upgrade to the latest 8.1.0.305 https://www.veeam.com/kb4711 resolved same error in our Veeam M365 environment.

"Upgrading Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365" by customers is not possible.
