Veeam failed to access mailbox. Mailbox does not exist

Good morning guys

I wish you all a great 2024.
Im trying to recover some deleted emails and im getting this error:

I have confirmed, this account exists, it even have a O365 license.
I have search in the forums but i only find this error for ppl that delete e emails account and after want to recover it.
Any ideas?

you need applicationimpersonation permissions for your admin account
btw.: your admin account is visible in your screenshot.

tnks for the info, ill check that.
only after posting i saw that on the image, but i dont think i can edit that post to delete the image :(

Hello @Paulo, just wondering if you are able to make it work after assigning ApplicationImpersonation to your admin account?
