[v3 BETA] Veeam for office365 3.0 beta Check exchange plan issue
Hello,
When i am trying to set up the new beta client following Tims Tech's guide
https://tsmith.co/2019/add-org-to-veeam ... h-and-mfa/
I followed all the steps and I am running into this an error that says "Check Exchange Plan: No Exchange plan found" when it does all it checks, It does the same for sharepoint but Im prettysure its because we do not have basic auth enabled. Is this a licensing issue or am i doing something else wrong
Thank you in advance

We are a mix of e3 and e1 licenses.

Britt,
I'd like our dev team to investigate this issue. Could you please provide me your VBO logs collected in the extended mode?
(main menu -> Help and Support > Support Information -> Configure extended logging; and after that: main menu -> Help and Support > Support Information -> Collect logs)
Thanks!

I did that and when I try to get an error that the server has no logs available
When i go and look at the "C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs" all the logs that are there are from the install on.

A quick update: Based on what we see, a few specific service plans are missing in the general MS reference. Our R&D works on adding them to the list of service plans supported in VBO.

Re: [v3 BETA] Veeam for office365 3.0 beta Check exchange plan issue
Britt,
As a workaround, you can add the missing plans to VBO manually by editing the Config.xml file:
1. Stop the Veeam.Archiver.Service
2. Open C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Config.xml
3. Add the line with IDs in the following way:
<Veeam>
<Archiver>
<Options>
<O365Plans AdditionalExchangePlans="8c3069c0-ccdb-44be-ab77-986203a67df2" AdditionalSharePointPlans="153f85dd-d912-4762-af6c-d6e0fb4f6692,8f9f0f3b-ca90-406c-a842-95579171f8ec" />
</Options>
