Hi Guys,
I use the NFR licence received through various accreditations for backing up my personal Office365 emails to my local PC, I recently had to reinstall my computer that was hosting the installation, Once reinstalled I added the organisation back and the old repository location which has files going back to 2017 (i keep everything, it doesnt take much storage) but I cant "explore" back beyond Jan 2019, ADB files exist in all the older folders but I cant open them in the explorer.
When I look into the errors in the logs it says the file is locked by another process but I cant see what that process is or might be.
Any suggestions on how to resolve and recover my older backups?

Hi Matthew,
How are exploring your backups? If you open an older restore point from the organization node, do you still see lock errors?

Yes, I have tried opening the file from the older folders and received lock errors, I can see as far back as Jan 2019 by right clicking the organisation and browsing that way but I have folders and data from 2018 and 2017 but am unable to open them or see them in the organisation.

Just a question, but when was your first backup? Any change this was in Jan 2019? In that case it is normal that the "oldest recovery point" is 2019. However, you see more folders because most likely in that first backup there were items of that age.
