Web UI not working on Veeam M365

I can't connect to Veeam M365 server via web UI. It may have working in the past but doesn't now. I don't access it from web UI but my supervisor wants to utilize that in lieu of logging into the server itself. Tried all ports needed, per Veeam documentation. Confirmed IIS on server is working and all veeam services are running. I have a ticket in with Veeam, thought I'd try this forum, might be faster? Also, added server to Ent Mgr on another Veeam server, BR11 but realized that it doesn't connect or give data/metrics? That's what started this.

May I know the case number?
Are you talking about the restore portal? Have you followed our user guide to configure it?

Also, added server to Ent Mgr on another Veeam server, BR11 but realized that it doesn't connect or give data/metrics? That's what started this.
This is not related to the Restore Portal of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
Confirmed IIS on server is working and all veeam services are running.
IIS is not used for the restore portal.

No, we're not leveraging Self Restore, just trying to access the server via web UI for a quick look for errors and/or other issues

VB365 does not have a web UI besides the self restore portal

Hi

For Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 there is only the restore portal. We don't have any other Web UI.
Could you please explain what you are trying to achieve? Do you want to add the VB365 to the Enterprise Manager? This won't work, because Enterprise Manager doesn't have an integration with VB365.

That's what I was wondering since it won't allow me to connect it to my Ent Mgr on my BR11 server either...
