Hello Everyone,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the correct direction with regards to O365 licensing and what does Veeam O365 need to backup a user inbox/calendar? My boss had unassigned a few O365 license and now Veeam office O365 cannot backup the user account indicating it does not have a license for O365.

Veeam will only backup a user with an activated Exchange Online License (at least Plan1)
If you don‘t want to license this users, convert the user in a shared mailbox before you remove the O365 license:
