As I today was supposed to do a fresh install of the product, it was very annoying to find all documentation ready for v4.0c, but to see that the version was withdrawn.
If I understand correctly, the issue discovered was just for upgraded installations?

4c will be available next week Tuesday normally.
You can safely install 4b and update afterwards, or even wait until the auto-update system will let you know that there is a new update. That is something which normally alerts about 2 weeks after release...
