Which mailboxes am I able to restore to?

Out of all the mailboxes listed to which ones am I able to restore items to?
- Real user mailbox,
- Shared Mailbox
- Equipment and meeting room mailbox
- MS Groups
- Teams mailbox
- SharePoint site mailbox

- Equipment and meeting room mailbox --> Yes
- MS Groups --> Yes (Group Mailbox)
- Teams mailbox --> Yes (It's a Group Mailbox)
- SharePoint site mailbox --> Is this question for Exchange OnPremise or Exchange Online? They are deprecated for Exchange Online since 2017.

May I ask, what you need to backup and restore from a Teams Mailbox? Is it about Chat Messages or just Mail Items send to the mail address of the team?

Thanks for the response. We have a portal and we want to show only the options they can really use, and not all mailboxes. That's correct, I was attempting to restore mail items to the mail address of the team.
I do have a question about Sharepoint, if SharePoint site mailbox is deprecated, why does Veeam show it as a possible target?

Hi Fabian,
We have mailboxes with in-place archive enabled and we are backing them up, and I was wondering if we could restore from an in-place backed up mailbox to the same user's primary mailbox.

Hi Ali

I'm afraid, that's not possible.
But you can export the archive mailbox as a PST File and use Microsoft PST Importer to import it back to the primary mailbox. If recommend using PST Importer instead of Outlook to import the data from PST File.
