Adding service account automatically is not working
Hello,
I'm trying to set up Veeam backup for Azure, but the auto service account creation step is not working.
In the wizard I chose "Create service account automatically", and when I press next, nothing happens and the Azure logon screen does not appear after pressing next.
Tried different browsers from different systems, and also restarting the appliance but no luck.
Anyone know what to do?
Thanks!

Re: Adding service account automatically is not working
Hi Ed,
I would suggest opening a support case for this as it sounds like we'll need some remote insight to understand what could go wrong. The only advice I could give here is to use the browser developer tools (F12 in Firefox / Chrome) and see if it returns into an error (and it could still be a wild guess then).
Could you open a case and let us know the ID? Even if it's a trial, you will get best effort support.

Re: Adding service account automatically is not working
Hi Niels,
the case ID is 04771676.
Btw dev tools do not show any errors.
In this case I also referred to the fact that I'm also not able to setup the service account manually after following the steps from here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ ... pplication
This results in an error: "Unexpected error occurred Check the service logs for additional details Trace ID: 41ddac6a-6fee-4f4e-8fb1-49c28102a7f0"
Will post the outcome here, thanks!

Yes, in that case support will have to dig into the details as trace ID errors are always specific and hard to debug via the forums.
