Is anyone else having the issue where all of their Veeam Backup for Azure policies are grayed out and cannot be edited? I have been working with support since 11/2. We are getting to the point where we may have to switch back to Azure built-in backups - Case#05703758

Re: All policies are grayed out
Hi Collin,
Haven't heard about this issue with others yet. Is this a standalone setup or connected to VBR?

Re: All policies are grayed out
It's connected to VBR. We've had this issue for a very long time. We also had this issue prior with case#05608873 in September. In this prior case, we did a workaround where we created a new Azure Application and SPN and repointed Veeam Backup for Azure to the new Azure App Reg. The Veeam engineer then edited the Veeam database so that all existing jobs could point to the new app reg. I was hoping this time around, we could fix it permanently instead of creating a new app reg in Azure every time this happens.

We will check it internally as well to see what keeps causing this issue and if it can be permanently resolved.

@collinp , just got back from the internal RnD meeting. The fix for your problem (with subscriptions being removed) is under development and should be shared with you soon.
