Appliance rescan - Failed

Post by scrat »

Hi,

I have problems when I try connect my VBR with VBA. The policies sync OK, but I get an error 500 with the repositories:

[MOD REMOVED SNIPPET]

I have disabled the firewall in both machines, same error.

Thanks,
Regards.

Hi,

It looks like the API service is unavailable, have you already considered a reboot? I notice it states v3, are you running v3 or v4 of VB for Azure?

However, since this is a technical issue within the product and we can't resolve those via the forums, it most likely requires a support case to get this resolved. Once done, let us know the case ID for future reference.

I've removed the log snippet as they contained a link to your appliance.

I think it was because of the plugin version, it is v4 when the api said v3. I have installed the latest version of the VBA plugin and it works.

Thanks!
