Azure VM with SQL server on it fails to backup

Hi I have an Azure VM running SQL that was recently migrated from our onprem hypervisor. I have backed up several migrated servers using Veeam backup for Azure.

However this server, which is also the most important server, returns the following errors for every snapshot and backup it performs

Snapshot backup of XXXXX has failed (Timeout, VSS agent did not respond in time) 30 m

Before we migrated to Azure, our Backup and Recovery Veeam software had no problem backing up our SQL server.

Any idea how to trouble shoot this?

Please open a support case for assistance here to understand what causes it. We’ll most likely need logs and some more insight into the configuration of VBA and server. Could you let us know the case ID once made for future reference?
