Backup Copy/Scale Out Repository

Is it correct that it's only possible to backup VMs to the blob storage in Azure?
Is there any way to do a backup copy job or creata a SOBR to get a copy of the data somewhere else? S3 storage for example?

In v1, within the product itself you can only backup to Azure blob however if you use Veeam Backup&Replication you can add Veeam Backup for Azure to it. This way you can use backup copy jobs. More information is available in our user guide.
