Backup in Azure and Second copy to IBM cloud

Hello

I have a question about Veeam backup for azure.

I have native virtual enviroment (Azure VM) in Azure cloud and I want to make primary backup to a blob storage. This is easy.

But my question is ...Could I sent a second copy of my backup to IBM COS? Is there a way to do it??

If not is posible...Could I deploy Veeam backup and replication and make backup of this native VM with agents and use some function to create a primary copy in blob and a second copy in IBM cos.

This is currently not possible from within the product however the integration using VBR allows you to do backup copy jobs which should solve your question.

1. I use veeam for azure to create primary backups to blob.
2. I integrate veeam for azure in cloud (with a plugin) with another instance of Veeam backup and replication
3. I use Veeam backup and replication to copy backup from azure blob to IBM cos

Is this correct??

You need to copy it to a SOBR and use a move or copy Policy to send it to the ibm cloud. You need local storage for that (perf tier). Direct Copy to object storage is not possible yet.

You should be able to create direct backup copy jobs for Azure using the menu once you've integrated VBR and VB for Azure. You can find more information on this process in the user guide section.
