Feature Request for Self Service

Case # 05661627 - Self Service access.
Have been asked to place a feature request on this forum by Veeam Support, for development of configurable access to the Veeam Appliance for Azure self-service portal for users logging in as Restore Operator. We have a large customer that specifically wants their support desk users to only have access to a small subset of protected VMs and only FLR and not full vm or virtual disk recovery.

Thanks for the request. Are those instances by any chance divided by tags or would this setup need to be configured on a 1 by 1 VM base?

Hey Neils, both options would be very handy but in the first instance a 1 by 1 vm base. The user has 5 File servers they want the helpdesk to access out of a protected estate of 320 odd VMs

Understood. I can't provide an ETA for when we will add this though but delegation on this type of level is for sure something on our roadmap for a future version.
