Support for immutability on Azure storage accounts

@nielsengelen What does "....upcoming release" does exactly mean? The next major release (v5) or an update release of v4?

Looking at the importance of the capability, this will most likely be a major release but I can't provide an ETA on when it will be ready at the moment.
