Hi Everyone,
This might be more of a sales-related question, but I wanted to get your input.
We have a VM in Azure and have been successfully using Runbooks to create and delete snapshots as needed. This process has been working well for us.
I'm now looking to automate periodic recovery tests for these snapshots and was considering Veeam to assist with this. Does Veeam Backup for Azure offer any form of validation for disk backup and recovery? I also came across a product called Veeam Recovery Orchestrator. Does it support this functionality, and is it compatible with Azure?
Thanks in advance for any insights!

Re: Veeam Backup for Azure and Snapshot Validation
Hi Thomas,
Currently, there is no validation logic for snapshots. Could you please clarify what exactly you would like to verify? Is the idea to launch a VM from the snapshot and do in-guest testing or are you looking at confirmation the snapshot was made successfully?
