Access Denied error

Access Denied error

I am getting the following error backing up all mailboxes: JetError-1032,Jet_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use, all was working fine, no changes any ideas?

Are you already running update 1? (https://www.veeam.com/kb2224). If you do, please log a support call and post the support ID here and when the results after supports looks at it.

Yes, update 1 is installed, support call opened, waiting to hear back.
