Hello,

when log warning "Account was not found" shows up, I suppose those accounts were deleted by customer.
Do we have to perform manual steps in these cases in order to receive normal status again ?

Hi Johnny,
I assume that this is indeed the case, however, just to be sure ("Account not found" is little information :-)) can you please log a support call? Post the case ID here and the follow-up after working with our support engineers. I will then look into it and if necessary make a KB out of it.

Hello,

Case # 02477854

Answer:

if only specific mailboxes are backed up by the job and some of them is disabled or deleted, then you'll have to edit the job to remove this mailbox from the list.
However, if a backup job is configured to backup all mailboxes from an organization, then you won't have this error.

Ah,

So the job was filled with "selected" mailboxes and the customer disabled or deleted a specific one but didn't inform you as a service provider. Is that correct?
