Error: "An Entry with the same key already exists"

The install went smoothly and I was able to add the Organization without any issues.
Im receiving the following error message after I create a backup job:

Job Processing Failed
An Entry with the same Key already exists

When I try to rerun the job, it will always fail not matter what email accounts I add. I even deleted the job and recreated a new one. Does the same thing.
Anyone experiencing this issue?

I have had the exact same experience, except that this only occurs when attempting to backup "All Mailboxes". If I select individual mailbox(es), I then receive the XML error mentioned in the previous post.

It does on both backing up for me. Full mailbox backups and when I select individual mailboxes as well.
I tried to remove the Organization and re=add it.
I had to remove/reinstall the application and it seemed to work at first, but then did it again after creating more backup jobs.

Hi, could you please provide logs from "C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Logs" for further investigation?

Getting the same here with either all mailboxes or selected ones, but some mailboxes work fine.

I believe full logs are required for investigation, so we'd appreciate you sharing the full package via some network resource.

This comes down to mailboxes having several similarly named folders in some folder (at least it shows up in our lab, where there're two folders in the mailbox root that have identical names). The fix is already available and will be included in the next beta.
