Hi,

i have tried the Backup for Microsoft Office 365 in several ways. It worked pretty nice. Now i got a Azure VM ready to do the Backup Jobs.
Now I get the Warning "Failed to retrieve licences for 1 users" after I try to backup 1 User only Mail or Onedrive in seperated Job.

In the License Information i get the Info "Users 10 (0 used)".

My first run on the local computer worked without that problem.

What could I do?

Greetings

Hi Franz,

First: Welcome to the forums
Second: I think there are 2 possible issues. One could be that the user in O365 is not licensed accordingly. The other would be that there is an issue with VBO. Could you first check if your user is still licensed and active in Office 365 itself?

Hello Nike,

many thanks for your Reply.

The Users which I want to backup are licensed accordingly.
What is VBO?
Is it a Problem to run den Veeam Office 365 on a Windows Server (not Windows 10 Client).

VBO is short for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365. We fully support Windows server.

How is the specific mailbox job configured?

Hi,

after uninstalling the server component from VBO and installing it again the Jobs is starting.

Now i have a Memory Problem, but this dues to the small Azure VM. I will try it with a bigger one.

Do you know about Weeatcher, the Mobile App? Do you have any experience with it on VBO? It seams, that the App is using the wrong URL (api instead of v4). Rest API is working with my Restclient perfectly.

I'm able to enable Mail Notification with the powershell cmdlet. Is this working or an premium feature?

VBO is a great solution. I love it. Thank you guys for the community Version. Some Heros don't work capes ;)

Best is to use a VM that matches the system requirements in terms of size.

Weeatcher is a community app for Veeam Backup & Replication enterprise manager. This won’t work with VBO.

You can fully use PowerShell in the community edition (nothing is locked down) if wanted however e-mail settings can also be configured via the configuration. Is there something specific you are trying to achieve via PowerShell?
