Invalid exchange server version

Hi,

Version 1.5

Since the 27. november my backup is failing with invalid exchange server version and SOAP errors.
Lots of errors and warning - but i never gets any email alerts even though it is enabled. I just testet the email is working with "Send test email".

Is there a bug in email alerts in 1.5?

Robert,

Please log a support call. This doesn't sound good. The invalid exchange version was an issue we had with the previous version and the fix for that (MSFT started upgrading their O365 servers without notification) is included in 1.5

Post the support case ID here and the follow-up after investigation by the support engineers

they just had me remove and re-add my organization. Trying first backup again now ...

so far yes.
I had to exclude one specific mailbox, as this was extremly slow, and does a full backup each time (10GB) instead of incr. Support is looking into this one.
I also had to decrease number of threads on the proxy from 10 to 2 - otherwize it would be sooo sloooow. Now i have set threads to 4.

But i wonder, why i got those weird errors:
