What's the timescale? "The Overlords" are getting twitchy...which is amazing really; three months ago they had no backup of O365! Now it's all "is there anything we can put in place!" and screams of anguish and gnashing of teeth!

Same boat here! Powers that be were OK with Microsoft doing all the O365 backem-upping before (whatever THAT is worth when a user deletes something important and realizes it just outside of their recovery timeframe!)

From what I can see, they have tried to reach out for you but had no response. You also should have received an email that you can phone a number and reference your support ID to re-open it. Then you should be able to get the bugfix.
