Hi,

Even when you are in testing phase you can open a support call. That will get you informed when there is a solution so you can continue testing.

PS: Did you started testing before 1st of January or after?

The fix for this issue will be available within Update 1 for Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, everyone with the case opened should get the pilot version of this update once it is available.

Hi Alex,

What's the timescale? "The Overlords" are getting twitchy...which is amazing really; three months ago they had no backup of O365! Now it's all "is there anything we can put in place!" and screams of anguish and gnashing of teeth!

Same boat here! Powers that be were OK with Microsoft doing all the O365 backem-upping before (whatever THAT is worth when a user deletes something important and realizes it just outside of their recovery timeframe!)

Veeam support has sent me the new version with the bugfix included and now it's working in our case. :D

Good to hear. I believe we are spreading out the new version with the bugfix to all people with this support case, but we are still monitoring close. Please keep us informed of any issue arises

The patch works like a charm for our envoroment :) it is now version 1.0.0.912

From what I can see, they have tried to reach out for you but had no response. You also should have received an email that you can phone a number and reference your support ID to re-open it. Then you should be able to get the bugfix.
