We are an MSP and we were running the free license in December to backup all of our clients. Not all clients want to pay for backups, so before the end of year, we purchased a rental license for the clients who want the service. Before installing the final license, we purged all of the customers who are not subscribing. However, after installing the new license, the reported number of licenses used never reset. The program is claiming we have 360 licenses used (although we only have 300 licenses). At this point almost all of the clients are failing with an unlicensed mailbox error. I opened a support ticket this morning, but haven't heard back yet, so while I wait, I thought I'd see if anyone on the forums has an idea.
