VBO License Usage Report

Good Day

I have subscription license. is there any possibility to generate a report which User is consuming a license? I know that each user needs a license but a report which of the selected mailboxes is consuming a license would be great.

Sharepoint sites (not personl sites) are not couning a license, right? so i could have 100 Users licensed and could backup 500 not personalized sharepoint sites, correct?

Hi Andre,

There's no built-in reporting yet, but you can use PowerShell to get the information on licensed users as it's described in this post.

To protect a SharePoint site, each user account that has been granted access to this site must be licensed (please check out this thread for more details).

I've check the licenses as described in the post you linked in your answer, so far so good. I have seen in the report that Mailbox Type

- Room
- Equipment

Is also counted for using a license. Why are Mailboxes with type Shared not counted but Room and Equipment is?
On Microsoft side, there is no license needed for shared, room and equipment mailbox

From MS Site:
Does a room mailbox or equipment mailbox need a product license?
No. While most people in your organization need a license to use Office 365, you don't need to assign a license to a room mailbox or equipment mailbox.

I assume you're using the 2.0.0.567 build? This is a known issue with a fix available. Please install the latest cumulative patch KB2765 and let me know if it helps you to resolve the problem.
