Veeam Explorer for Office 365 Backups

Hello, I've created some backups using O365 Backup, now I'd like to navigate these backups, test the restore etc...
When I try and load a backup it says I don't have Veeam explorer for sharepoint/Exchange installed, I looked around and couldn't find these applications. I saw they were included with Veeam Pc backup, so I'd installed this as well.
Now when I try and navigate to a an exchange backup, it says the version installed isn't correct so I'm a little lost.
Appreciate any help.

Hi BassTeq,

You downloaded our solution, and installed Veeam Backup for Microsoft for Office 365. Correct?

Inside that zip file that you downloaded, you should have seen 3 installers:
1. Veeam.Backup365_2.0.0.567.msi
2. VeeamExplorerForExchange_9.6.3.567.msi
3. VeeamExplorerForSharePoint_9.6.3.568.msi

Nr 2 and 3 are the Veeam explorers that you need to install to browse the backups

Thanks, I've now installed the explorers and it's working well.

I've attempted to restore a deleted email using the exchange explorer, I can navigate the backed up items without issue, when I try and recover an item it hangs and I have to kill the process?

Any ideas?

There can be a variety of root causes, including some Windows-related issue. Please open a support case and provide logs to our engineers for investigation.
