Anyone know where I can find my support ID if the application won't open? I tried opening a ticket using my support ID for B/R but it says that's the wrong product and won't let me. Since the O365 backup won't open I can't go to License > Support ID to find it, which means I can't open a support ticket to determine why the application won't open, kind of a catch-22.
