Explore option greyed out

Hi - I have installed and computer a first full backup of a SharePoint Online site but the Explore button is greyed out? I did install the SharePoint explorer as well and restart the machine.

Did the backup job fully finish? Did you already restart the console to see if it resolves the issue? If the issue persists, please open a support case for insight on what is wrong and let us know the ID.
