New version available

I keep getting told that there are new versions available and asks if I would like to upgrade. It says the new versions are 5.0.1.225 and 10.0.3.225

I tell it to go ahead and it tells me that all the jobs would be shutdown for the upgrade.

It shuts down the program and then nothing ever happens. Its been doing this for a few weeks now.

I am logged in with full admin rights. I tried to spawn it by hand and it does the same thing.

Where do these patches get downloaded to? Can I force the upgrade by hand?
