At a customer site I have a Backup to Disk backup job configured for months now. About two weeks ago, to job stays in a running state for more than 38 hours an doesn't seem to finish.
At what location can I find logging?
Is there a way to view which site/subsite is keeping the job running? Because the Action pane is just saying: "23-1-2020 17:35:05 :: Processing site: https://<tenant_name>.sharepoint.com... :: 21:44:39"
Problem I have is that I have not a lot of information on how to troubleshoot and where to begin...
Customer uses Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, version 220.127.116.113
I already seperated Sharepoint and Exchange Online backup in two different jobs. After that I already excluded some sites. But because it is unclear to me what site causes the problem, I don't know exactly what to exclude...
Does someone has some information on how to troubleshoot this problem?
