Maintain control of your Microsoft Office 365 data

I'm currently mid-trial with Office 365 backup with iland. I'm experiencing errors and very slow restores through Explorer for SharePoint and they have asked me to change the proxy performance settings and referred me to this page: https://www.veeam.com/kb2440
Problem is this is all new to me and I can't find where to change those settings?
PS. Haven't got a support case ID because this is through a 3rd party supplier. I have a support ticket with them but that won't be much use.

Hi Rob, best would be to handle it via support if you aren't in control of your own VBO server (which is what I understand from your post). I presume iLand has made the case for you?
