Hi there guys,
We have a repo with 10years retention which we are using to backup Office 365 mailboxes (personal and shared) for the last 3-4 years now.
The problem is that this repo has reached 11TB which makes it very difficult to backup with Veeam B&R because of its size.
I've read online that if i created another repository and use Move-VBOEntityData to move the data from the old repo to the new that would resulted in a much smaller repo.
I dont have any issue doing that but my question is, would that preserved the all the restore-in-time points? or all that would be lost?
Thanks
Andreas

Re: Reducing size of repository
Hi Andreas,
Existing restore points are associated with your current repository. They will still be available (from the organization's node) after moving the data if you don't remove/delete your current repository.
Thanks!
