V5 Restore Error

I test O365 Backup as Repository i have share Folder on Synology.
All Backups Are green and OK.
But when i want to make restore , snapshoot is mounter but when i click on Teams i get Error. JetError-1022,JET_errDiskIO, Disk IO Error
I open a Case #04696162 but i dont know if someone will contact Me because is a test evnirement.
i hoppe here i can get a Solution.

After Restart from Server because of Windows Updates

there is no possibility on Right click on Job of Restore. I can also dont start Job

But i get mails some days ago that everything is running ok. I also can connect to synology and i see Folders and data there.

Gregor,

Is it possible that your disk that holds the repository is full? Is it a repository on your C: drive?

my repository is smb share on synology, synology is not full.
is strange i disable on friday all jobs, today i found out that i dont have the last cu . so i install it. 5.0.1.207 before i have 5.0.1.179. now i can make backup and also restore work now .
but i send veeam support 14 days logs.

SMB is still experimental. Please check user guide.

Gregor,

Thanks for letting us know. Yes, please send the logs because it should not be an issue with the 179 version. I still would like to know why the solution said the logs are full

@karsten123 SMB is supported by us, for smaller environments, experimental support has a specific reason but important is that we do support it, but we don't advise it (at all) for larger environments

I had this error during a backup (5.0.1.225). I restarted the services then the backup ran successfully.

Hmmm, it should not give that error, thanks for letting us know. Not sure to be honest what caused the error and why it was resolved after a reboot
