Veeam Backup for MS365

Hi,
We using Veeam Backup & Replication for a few years now.
We going to start to use Backup for MS365.
Can the installation of Backup for MS 365 v5 on the same server be installed as the Backup and replication server and can we use the same repository whice has plenty of free space.?
Is there documentation of the best practice of installation?

Hi,

Best practices can be found on https://bp.veeam.com/vbo

While it is possible to install VBO and VBR on the same server, we recommend splitting it up. This to assure all components work fine and per installation.

VBO uses a different type of repository type compared to VBR. You can re-use the same storage but the advice here is to use a separate folder in which VBO can store the backups (see https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=50 for more information on repositories).
