Upgraded VBSF to v3.1 on Thursday and since then the backup isn't successful.
Case# 07523386 has been opened, but no response since 10hours.
Anyone else having issues after v3.1 upgrade.
Any help will appreciate.

Ok, I have access to your ticket, I see there was an issue with free space for data backups (PG) after 3.1 upgrade. Let's continue in the ticket

The issue is now resolved, it was with data migration in the postgre SQL database.
