Need help with case# 07228257

Hi,

For this VBSF deployment, we have been provided trail license from Veeam Sales team.
Our client wants to check/verify some meta data backup and restore prior to getting full license.

So the case is opened as a community free edition. And I have mention about the license bit in the case, while opening it and also mentioned that I can provide the Veeam contact details, if they want to confirm.
But no one has picked up the case for 30+ hours.

Can someone from Veeam please help?

Hi Sumeet,

It sounds like you might not be a License Administrator for your account; please open a new case at https://my.veeam.com and select Licensing as the case type; please refer to your existing case number 07228257 and the Support Team will be able to assist with seeing why you don't have the option to open with a paid license.

Thanks David,

I have opened a Licesning case and also got help for my VBSF case, though it is slow as I think the team is not in APJ region.

Hi David,
This is now resolved.

The actual issue of Metadata backup session remained in in-progress state and id not complete even after few days is resolved.
Support asked me to update the advance settings parameter backup.metadata.xmx and xms to value 384m.
