Hi,
is it possible to have a little more information on what the connected app is used for?
We can only have one connected app at the same time(from one organization), but I just discovered that it's possible to configure Backup job for multiple different Organization (companies).
If for each job we are doing the authorization using a credentials from the salesforce Organization we want to protect we can have multiple organization that as nothing in common even if the Connected app is created on the first organization.
Thank you

Re: One connected App Multiple different Organization
Andre, you can read more here https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleVi ... htm&type=5
When you create a connected app, it allows to programmatically access any Salesforce org once the user authorized this connected app in a particular org.
App is just an identity - tokens and permissions request. You own and control the app. When you have an app created, then you add a Salesforce organization and authorize this app access to this Salesforce organization. If you don't authorize the app into a particular organization, you won't be able to query it via the API

Hi MIvanov,
Thank you for the quick reply.
Ok i understand now. The connected app is only to used to have access to the API. After having access to the API you can use it on any Organisation.
Thank you
