Hello @JonahM, in version 1.0.2 support for managed packages is experimental. All managed package objects, including CPQ, are expected to be backed up. However, there is a known UI glitch in the current version, where you cannot see CPQ objects in some drop downs. This is resolved for the next version, that is due this summer.
