Hello, after I created many tickets on my.veeam.com, but I still cannot find out problem, please help me resolve my case
My tenant has 5 backup job, backup to cloud connect repository only
Policy of this tenant that they allow connect to IP static on the internet because of firewall rule in IP only (access list of Cisco router)
My tenant connect to my cloud connect have to allow connect to 2 IP public (1 IP cloud gateway & 1 IP OCSP/SSL:ocsp.globalsign.com of globalsign)
I have 1 problem because OCSP/SSL: IP of ocsp.globalsign.com is changing, If I use public certificate I have to use OCSP, and after 1-2 months failed to connect cloud connect in tenant. So I decide change cloud gateway to self-sign certificate, but job sometime failed I can not find cause. sometime log is Processing TNGPWCCO01 Error: Failed to connect to the port [171.xxx.22.50:6180].
I have some tenant backup to same cloud gateway, but they still backup successfully before to current

I would stick to support for assistance here as inisght in logs would be needed for this. The failed to connect error can be related due to certifiate issue, the service not being available at that point, firewall issues,...
