1-Click Restore Exchange Missing

Hello,

I have a fresh new VBR server. in v11. This server is not in my domain. I backup all my Vms without problems.

But when I try to restore an item from the Explorer Exchange I don't have the option 1-Click.
I just have the option : "Restore to" ...

In my exchange backup job the guest processing is activated.

Any idea?

What license edition you are currently using? All editions, including Community Edition, support Exchange mailbox item restore via save, send and PST export. VUL, Enterprise Plus and Enterprise editions support restoring back to the original mailbox. Thanks!

Hi Philippe,

It seems the behavior matches the description of 1-click restore, you quickly recover an item without going through the whole restore wizard.

Hi,

Thanks for your answers.
The licence is Enterprise.

I have only the "Restore To" option. I didn't find "Restore Mailbox/Restore Folder/Restore Item > Restore to <mailbox_name> "
The mailbox_name is not present :(

Hello,

I got the answers from the support: 1-Click restore feature is only available when you run Veeam Explorer for Microsoft Exchange on a computer that is located within the same forest where the backup of the Microsoft Exchange database was created.
