2 esxi local disk backup scenario

Hi,I'vee 2 esxi 5.0 with storage and no HA.on every esxi i've local disk with 2TB.i want to implement the veeam B&R to backup esxi1 VM's to esxi2 local disk and vice versa.
what exactly do i need tpurchasese?and how to implement it?

First of all, the two ESXi are licensed or the free one? If latter, you first need to buy VMware licenses, since Veeam (and all other backup software) can use VMware libraries only if they are licensed.

Ok, so you need 1 license per socket.
You can install Veeam Backup server in one server in a Windows VM and register both ESXi into it. From there, you can schedule replica jobs to create a cross copy of both ESXi VMs.
