Good morning!
I am trying to discover if I can run a pre-freeze-script on my Linux box that will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. When I tried it just now, I get a snapshot failed to complete error after about 20 minutes. Is there a way to extend that time-out limit?
Thanx!

Re: 45 minute pre-freeze-script
Good morning, although it is 8pm my time
Yes, this should be possible. Investigation is needed here to understand where timeout happens. If on Veeam side, we should be able to customize this. If on vCenter side, afaik their timeouts are tweakable through XML files too. I would recommend opening a support case with our support first, and they will escalate this into development for investigation.
If you can remember to update this topic with the resolution or at least support case number (for future reference), this will be most appreciated.
Thanks!
