9.0 to 9.5 upgrade

Is this a free upgrade or not?

I'm a bit confused, as I logged into the main site and the 9.5 U3 update was available. It was even nice enough to state to check to make sure your running 9.5 before proceeding. So I check my version, whoops still on 9.0.0.1715

So I decided to look for the 9.5 upgrade package, doesn't seem to be one so it seems you simply take the full installer package and I assume to checks for previous install and upgrade accordingly. But I can't seem to find the 9.5 full installer, when I navigate the section it says Download Free Trial, or Get pricing... Am I entitled to upgrade or whats the deal?

It also stated contains Update 3, so I'm assuming this will be an awesome on jump update to get me to the latest n greatest then?

Correct, this is a full installation with Update 3 already included.
