9.5.0.1038 (upd2) history issue

Post by colshaw »

After the recent update to 9.5.0.1038 the history on the backup jobs (24 hour) is not refreshing keeping jobs going back longer than 24 hours and some showing completion of 99% even though the job was successfully completed.

Hi Colin, is it just refreshed slower than usual or not refreshed at all? Does it get refreshed if you switch to some other node in Veeam B&R UI and get back to the Last 24 hours?

It appears to not refresh at all, but if I restart the GUI the history is then correct and within 24 hours with 100%completion on any jobs that were incorrect. The Veeam support case number is 02161436.

We only installed the update 2 days ago but each day the same issue has appeared so far. Historically the 24 hour history was always correct prior to the patch when we arrive for work typically 8 hours after the final job has completed.

Thanks for opening a case, let's see what our technical staff say after looking at it closer.

Since applying update 2 in my lab I've seen some cases of this issue as well, so it's not just you. I just haven't had time to pursue it with support.

Noticed same thing after updating 9.5 Update 2 and came to look at forums if someone has same issue. And as I see some have.

Similar issue here though I only noticed it when any jobs are in the Running state. Case 02169044. I had the console open displaying this very problem on Friday and found that the problem had gone away over the weekend. (The console session had been open since the prior Monday.)

Yes, noticed this also. F5 fixes the display issue.
