U4 9.5.4.2399 (Update 4 RTM) to 9.5.4.2753 (Update 4a)

Since 9.5.4.2753 (Update 4a) now is out - it is possible to upgrade directly from 9.5.4.2399 (Update 4 RTM)?

Release notes states: "Please confirm that you are running version 9.5.4.2615 prior to installing this update."

But it seems a little redundant to use the special procedure to update fra RTM to GA and then to 4a.

If you have 9.5 Update 4 installed (RTM build 9.5.4.2615 or GA build 9.5.4.2399), you can upgrade to Update 4a using the following update package:
