Hi,
When we upgraded Oracle 11g to 19c, the old Oracle Home that was uninstalled remained in inventory.xml with REMOVED="T".
Does this apply to the following?
Configurations with different versions of Oracle Database deployed on the same server are not supported.
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... =100#guest
When confirmed with Oracle, it is a specification that the old Oracle Home remains in inventory.xml.
Is a configuration where an uninstalled Oracle Home(different version) exists in inventory.xml supported?
Kind Regards,
Yukinobu Asami

Re: AAIP for upgraded Oracle
Hello,
asking the other way round: did you see any issues? As you already upgraded, I guess it should be working or not
If yes: do you have a support case number?
Thanks,
Hannes

Re: AAIP for upgraded Oracle
Hi,
Case ID is 04189439.
AAIP is failed by ORA-01012(VM guest OS is RHEL7.5).
We have already confirmed that there are no problems with permissions and sudoers settings for the guest OS credentials.
