About Gateway Server

Hello,

I have a plan that I use hardened repository and backup date sends to object storage via the internet.

In consideration of the VBR's performance, I want to install Gateway Server on the another server, not on the VBR.
Is it possible?

And are there any restrictions when I want to do that?

It is possible to install a seperate Gateway server.

It's also possible to proxy access to the object storage repository (you are planning to offload backups to) using the Gateway Server running on a dedicated machine. Thanks!
