Accessing VEEAM B&R

Post by darkhorse »

Can you access B&R from a web browser type scenario?
Do you have to access physical installed instance?

Cheers in Advance.

Hello Craig,

You can access Veeam B&R infrastructure via web browser if you have Enterprise Manager installed. This component provides monitoring, reporting, job management and restore capabilities. Can you please give a bit more details on what you're after, so I could clarify my answer (if needed)?

Thank you!

I have customer wanting to access VEEAM they requested an URL to connect to, but it seemed to be GUI only.
Is Enterprise Manager cost extra with Veeam Backup and Restore.?

No, Enterprise Manager is a part of Veeam B&R (though has a separate setup).

Just initiate installation and select the appropriate option on the very first step ("Veeam Enterprise Manager"). Thanks.
