AD and SQL cloning

I'm preparing AD and SQL cloning to VM for Veeam, any recommendation ?

Hello,

I think that the only thing you should be concerned about is definitely enabling VSS option at advanced job settings, so your VMs containing high transactional applications (such as SQL 2005, 2008) are successfully backed up. Enabling VSS helps to keep DB in the consistent state, so when you do a restore, DB is restored properly.

I mean to do Vmware standalone converter, I known this software is not Veeam product, could someone give me recommendation ?

So can I use Veeam to do physical machine that include AD and DB to remote ESX4 host for similar cloning without shutdown phyiscal machine ?

No, Veeam does not support physical machines.
